This award will be presented each week during our show, to recognize outstanding achievement, whether knowingly or otherwise, in the aiding and abetting of the sinister totalitarian goals of the Medical Establishment, particularly to include the deliberate defamation and demonization of Lase Med Inc. as a threat to the beneficiaries of the mainstream cancer industry's sacred cash-cows, and toward the elimination of Lase Med Inc. as a respected pioneer in the field of innovative cancer treatment.

This is an annual award, for the overall "champion troublemaker" of the year for 2010. This is no minor accomplishment. It is given for sabotage above and beyond the call of duty. The Urn must be earned; and this year, for winning the Hot Coffee in the Face award a total of four different occasions, we are proud to dump this urn of boiling hot coffee onto the head of ambulance chaser, liar, slander-puppeteer, and political "toadie" of the medical syndicate, Will Bond (a.k.a. "Lord Snake.")

• December 11, 2010: Cancer "Guru/ Entrepreneur" Ralph Moss.
With the story of Elizabeth Edwards' death in this week's censored news reports; Dr. Carpenter revealed on the show that years ago, when Edwards was in the early stages of her cancer, Dr. Carpenter and Lase Med Inc. had contacted her people and offered to treat her cancer free of charge. Lase Med never heard back from Edwards' people, but shortly thereafter started getting emails from Ralph Moss, first asking the "give me the detonator" questions (laser wavelength, laser frequency, enhancer formula), and when this info was not freely given, resorted to insulting. It was obvious that Edwards' people had consulted Moss about Lase Med, and were advised not to pursue. Dr. Carpenter partially blames Ralph Moss for this bad advice that contributed to her death.

The Hot Coffee in the Face award is given this week to a former patient, who we can only identify by a nickname, due to restrictions imposed by the health care Privacy Act. The nickname given to him by the LMI staff is "Mafioso," and his crime is blackmail and attempted extortion, trying to take advantage of all the recent attacks on LMI and its CEO... most recently by demanding additional L.I.E.S.H. Therapy sessions be performed on him free of charge.

Mr. Henderson, or "Mumford," as some have recently called him, receives this award for the SECOND time, for his continued sabotage efforts against Lase Med, Inc., most recently his line-item censoring of a very important and informative blog discussion about LIESH Therapy that was taking place on his website. All that is left now on the comment page is what he WANTS you to see.

• August 07, 2010: Atty. & Political Toadie Will Bond,
who apparently has nothing better to do than to spend his time coaching his blogger puppets in the art of dirty campaigning. At long last, he gets his much deserved award. Frivolous litigation is well worth it to him, if he can use the opportunity to get his blog-bashers to spread lies and slander against Lase Med; based on tragic cases of patients whose progress was intentionally sabotaged by outside influence for this exact reason, and for the sake of making a public spectacle. As we have said, he knows the case has no merit, and the special interests behind the "pro bono" deal know this as well; their intent is not to win an impossible lawsuit, but to destroy LMI with bad press played upon the public's ignorance; the "lawsuit" is just a stage prop, to add credibility to their corrupt agenda.

• July 24th, 2010: "Alhimik"
"Alhimik" is a screen name used by this week's award winner, who made various false and libelous accusations toward Lase Med Inc. on a now-all-too-familiar webpage, for which we have many nicknames, some unfit to print here. It is a YouTube video page, now a consortium of collective ignorance for the anti LMI crusade, but we have been referring to it as "Dr. Sanjay's" page, after the owner, Dr. Sanjay Shutdownlasemedinc, the Georgia-based career-agitator-turned-puppet of the Arkansas Good-Ol-Boy Medical Fraternity. Said poster "Alhimik" was persuaded to come and post some nonsense on Dr. Sanjay's page after a month of inactivity on the comment board. "Alhimik" is the son of a former LMI patient who died from chemo-exacerbated melanoma, months after being treated at Lase Med, and oblivious to Dr. Carpenter's warnings, ignorantly followed by massive amounts of deadly chemotherapy; and as many have done, "Alhimik" wants to join the bandwagon and blame Lase Med Inc. for yet another death caused by chemotherapy.

• July 17th, 2010: The "Quantum Physics Lady."
Federal HIPAA Privacy Regulations preclude us from giving out the actual name of this week's award recipient, as she is a former Lase Med patient. One of the numerous rediculous things she did was to try to tell Dr. Carpenter that she could "look" at a person and tell exactly what ailments they had; when asked HOW she could do this, she responded that she could diagnose patients by her knowledge of quantum physics. Dr. Carpenter's reaction to such absurdity was an unusual combination of both hilarious laughter and rage. The full story of what she did to deserve this award takes up most of the second hour of July 17, 2010 broadcast, so we suggest listening on the Archive page to gain full understanding.

• July 10th, 2010: Carin
Carin is the daughter of a former Lase Med Inc. patient, a patient who was killed with synthetic morphine by the mainstream cancer industry shortly after she underwent LIESH Therapy at Lase Med Inc.

In the "early" days of our radio program, specifically the third broadcast, Dr. Carpenter had a guest on her show, the husband of this patient, shortly after her demise. He gave a detailed account of a familiar story: a patient goes back home after LIESH Therapy, seeks advice from the oncology mainstream back home, is misled, misguided, misinformed, mis-treated, and dies as a result.

This radio interview is in the May 30 broadcast in our "Archive" page, and is now on Lase Med Inc's YouTube channel as well, in a 3-part video series entitled "Oncologists Killed My Wife."

Shortly after the now infamous slander story by HCIYF Award recipient Lori Fullbright, that appeared on KOTV News in Tulsa, a barrage of anti-Lase Med blogs exploded on the web, in addition to a few that had been online for over a year, (now receiving increased web traffic of course). Ms. Carin, still unaware that her mother's COMPLETE story had been aired on the radio over a year earlier by her stepfather, then contacted the anti-LMI bloggers, began posting her own "personal" experiences on these sites, was put in touch with the Arkansas attorney spearheading the two frivolous lawsuits against LMI, and eventually contacted the Oklahoma Attorney General, with demands for Lase Med Inc to be punished for what the Oncology Establishment had done to her mother.

• June 12th, 2010: Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
Cancer Treatment Centers of America, which operates a rather large facility in Tulsa very close the Lase Med Inc. facility, receives the award this week, for their use of such marketing tactics as their claims of being "Caring, Innovative, and Compassionate," while in reality, behind the Crystal Cathedral façade of the common areas lie the same old "poison and burn" torture chambers that have been the stock in trade of the cancer industry since the 1940's; as well as their use of the catch phrase "we wouldn't want you to fall through the cracks," apparently a cryptic slang for "we don't want you to get out alive." The truth of their compassion can be best illustrated by the fact that they "treat" their patients up to the point at which their insurance stops paying; at which point they are "compassionately" bussed across town to the University Hospital at OSU, where they are left to be cared for by the public sector.

• June 5th, 2010: Bill Henderson.
"They tend to come to me and my book as a last resort -- after their cancer doctors have given up on them and assigned them a "survival time." "Get your affairs in order -- you have two months to live." - Bill Henderson.

Does this sound at all familiar?

Bill Henderson is the author of a book entitled "Cancer Free," and the owner of a popular alternative cancer support website called "Beating Cancer Gently." Henderson is in a unique "category" here among our honorees, as we can't call him a long time "enemy" of Lase Med. Quite the contrary; if we must put a label on his relationship with LMI, it would have to be one of a "turncoat" pushing an agenda. In his book, Henderson talks about many basic truths of the Big Pharma cancer establishment, in which ALL alternative practitioners do agree, and attempts to compile a collection of what he sees as effective and little-known alternatives to the standard forms of cancer treatment. In his book are positive statements about Lase Med Inc. and Dr. Carpenter (others like Joe Mercola have written about Lase Med, usually in the category of "suppressed" treatments, lumped in with the likes of Kanzius, Rife, and Burzynski.) So originally Henderson was one we at least considered to be an "ally."

Mr. Henderson interviewed Dr. Carpenter for one of his radio broadcasts, and after the fact decided not to use the interview, citing Dr. Carpenter's "belligerence" as his reason. The "conflict" arose when during the interview, Henderson kept insisting that AFTER going to Lase Med, that patients should subscribe to special diets and take various and sundry natural "supplements," which Dr. Carpenter saw as not only unneccessary, but potentially dangerous; as the alternative community is really NOT a community, but a loosely knit rag-tag collection of "advisers," each pushing various different approaches, which in the case of natural remedies, can be potentially dangerous when one is combined with another. Therefore Dr. Carpenter could not and will not endorse such things. (This "irreconcilable difference" is also at the root of many more ongoing conflicts between the "Nutriceuticals" community and Lase Med Inc.)

As his book brought many people's attention to little-known LMI, so on his website began appearing words of thanks from people who read the book, came to LMI, and had their cancer killed. Eventually the Lase Med section of his website began also getting a few negative comments about LMI... these were the first blog appearances of "Pinocchio" Bob, and others who are still attacking us to this day; Pinocchio set up his anti- LMI webpage and linked it to this page. At one point we began to notice that the positive comments about Lase Med were regularly being taken down by site admin, while the negative comments about LMI grew in number, to the point where the entire section was now nothing but an anti-LMI attack page. The icing on the cake came when Henderson himself printed a disclaimer at the bottom of this page (which began as a "pro-LMI" page and was within a few years' time flipped into the exact opposite); saying that he was sorry he ever recommended LMI to anyone, and that he will never advise anyone to go there... conflicting agendas could no longer be hidden.

• May 29, 2010: Kirk.
This poor guy deserves an award for something already. According to the info we easily gathered on him when he attempted to infiltrate our Facebook community, Kirk is a self-described gay "sex worker" (is that what they're calling it nowadays?) from the San Francisco area, is active in the gay artist community there, and claims some connection to a medical clinic for prostitutes called "St James' Infirmary."
But his award on our show has nothing at all to do with his previous "accomplishments." He first came to our attention as the creator of an anti- LMI video on YouTube. He has coined his own catch-phrase, which he presents in his video.
" It would probably be illegal of me to call her a murderer... so I won't do that..."
By the same token, it would probably be politically incorrect of US to call this person what he is... so we won't do that either.

• May 22, 2010: "Shutdownlasemedinc."
Shutdownlasemedinc, a.k.a. "Agent Wolves in Sheepsclothing," a.k.a. "Dr. Sanjay," a.k.a. "anonymous," is a relative newcomer to the ranks of the LMI-bashers. We first noticed her prolific blogging, under too many aliases to even enumerate, in some of the same places haunted by her new found friend Pinocchio; she was claiming close friendship with a past LMI patient who we already knew was being killed at the hands of mainstream oncology lies, mainstream chemo, and mainstream hospice morphine. Of course she was, and is, trying to prove to the world that it was Lase Med Inc that killed her alleged friend. However, when we discovered that Ms. Shutdown was actually a minor celebrity, an infamous anti-choice abortion clinic agitator from the 1990's... one of those fanatics responsible for stoking the flames of hatred that led to the in-church murder of Dr. George Tiller in 2009... fading into sad obscurity, but now being paid by the lawfirm spearheading the "shut down Lase Med Inc." initiative; and she saw that we had published these findings; her crusade went into high gear, with all the fury of a tent- revival evangelist, but with all the supporting evidence of a kindergarten spitting match.

Even more recently it was discovered that this "agent" is not only working for the attorney spearheading the bogus lawsuits, but she is also part of the nutriceuticals scam. She apparently sells "glyconutrients" through a pyramid scheme called Mannatech. A hilarious footnote: one of the agent's more recent hate-posts found online featured her calling Dr. Carpenter a "snake oil" salesman on the Susan Komen website. What irony!

• May 15, 2010: "Pinocchio." Crook-uolo.
Pinocchio has been a recent nuisance to Lase Med Inc and their ex patients, as well as a hand-puppet of the cancer industry; he receives this honor for: his first series of blog posts on various alternative cancer communities' websites, his amazing ability to get any and all positive blog comments from Lase Med patients removed from these blog sites, and for the grand culmination of his "wrath," this masterpiece of hightech website design (lasemedinc.net) made using a stolen trademark as a domain.

• May 8, 2010: Lori Fullbright, KOTV News on 6, Tulsa, OK.
Our very first honoree is actually in a class by herself, deserving not just a mere cup of coffee in the face, but an extra large boiling hot "super-tanker" mug, for demonstrating a shocking and appalling lack of journalistic integrity in airing a one-sided "scandal" story about Dr. Carpenter, and some ex patients of harmful mainstream oncology "therapy" who had also been to Carpenter previously, blaming the harm done on Dr. Carpenter rather than on the truly guilty ones, without first consulting the target of the accusers, then lying in the story about her attempts to contact them; without airing any follow- up of real evidence to support or rebuke the outrageous claims made; and for inciting future acts of random violence to be committed against the company's CEO. The story sparked a lengthy "comments" thread on the KOTV website, in which viewers (whose only knowledge of LMI's existence is what they learned from her story) call for LMI to not only be shut down, but also call for criminal prosecution, and in at least one case, call for a proposed vigilante-style killing of Dr. Carpenter. This is an abhorrent abuse of the awesome power of broadcast journalism; in today's climate of rising cancer deaths, rising cancer rates, and rising cancer fears, it is the broadcast equivalent of yelling "FIRE" in a crowded building. When questioned about her failure to present a balanced and complete discussion of the issues in her story, Fullbright smugly claimed that a "pressing deadline" to get the story out took precedence over the completion of her research and the presenting of the full story.
