June 13th, The New Day of Infamy.

This is the day when basic laws of the United States are forgotten and violated.
This is the day when civil rights are ignored.
This is the day when a Civil Suit in Federal Court can be carried on without a defense attorney.
Over a month after a frivolous case, which should have been dismissed; or after suppression of vital evidence, at very worst should have gone into default, following the refusal on part of the defense to continue the charade, and the firing of three different defense attorneys, for refusing to do their jobs (though NOT refusing to take defendant's money), it is still allowed to proceed.
This is the day when a Federal Judge can in fact oversee a trial where a plaintiff’s attorney is allowed to single-handedly select the jury, question exclusively his witnesses, present the word of a disgruntled ex-spouse as undeniable evidence, and insist that he can change a routine ambulance chaser’s civil case into a criminal case, to be reviewed by a Federal Prosecutor, so that charges may be brought forth against a respectable Corporation and its CEO, for the purpose of openly violating existing anti-trust laws; all of this in order to benefit the interests of his associates.
This is the day, when in the United States, the world-wide-advertized principle of “Liberty and Justice for All” is being officially violated, and DICTATORSHIP is being introduced.
This is the day when individual rights come to an official end, at least in Arkansas.
