This is but the latest in a long and tiresome string of outrageous and unconscionable occurrences that have recently made life, for the members of our organization at least, seem like an episode of The Twilight Zone.
I believe it was just yesterday that I stumbled upon a recent video of Alex Jones, ranting and raving at the mic about some alleged "Terms of Service" (TOS) violation for which YouTube had removed one of his videos, a video with so much traffic that it was in "honors" status. He was understandably upset. If we were as well-known as Alex Jones, perhaps the things happening to us could be taken more in stride. But our voice is still falling upon very few ears with the capacity to hear.

Some time early in 2010, during a routine search engine check done by one of our staff, a new "website" was discovered, called Lase Med Inc dot net; owned by the troll now known to us as Pinocchio, whose real name we can't mention here. Confused? You should be, but it will make sense as you read. We have been forced by our well paid web host to make certain changes to our website, or risk the site being shut down! (Outraged? You should be.) When this dot net page was discovered, the tiny company called Lase Med Inc was experiencing its first year of growth, and the tiny website still only had one domain. The dot net domain had been purchased for the purpose of slandering the company, Dr. Carpenter, and for stealing her web traffic. He was taken into ICANN arbitration over the company name he used for his domain name, and since LMI is not a company of lawyers, we had no protection against his actions. He stole our name and somehow won the arbitration over the true owner of the company name, over a technicality in the way Dr. Carpenter had registered the name.

The new website contained lies that LMI's therapy caused cancer to spread, and also contained a pdf file of the now infamous bogus lawsuit that had not yet even been served! This was only the beginning.

Weeks later, another troll, Shutdownlasemedinc, released several videos on YouTube, accusing Dr. Carpenter of causing her friend's death. She made numerous false accusations in this video, called her a "liar," a "witch" and a "predator." We made numerous complaints to YouTube for this slander, and to date, nothing has been done. In fact, YouTube has tried to remove a video response of ours, due to a complaint made by HER.

Some time later, during another routine search engine check, which became more frequent once we realized they were being attacked, we noticed several new "hits" returning for searchword "Antonella Carpenter," when suddenly... "Oh no! Spyware loaders!" Several fake web pages were now showing up, carrying trojan horse "scanner" programs to infect the machines of people who clicked on them; another form of cyber-terrorism. These fake pages have since multiplied, and are programmed to climb to the top of search returns. Beware: "literman.ifrance.com" and "barbarajaie.com."

But with the help of various friends, and two other trolls added later, "Alhimik" and "Ladycancerpatient," this "troll gang" has so far spent over a year slandering Lase Med and Dr. Carpenter, slandering her office manager, her webmaster, even her granddaughter, using full names, divulging private family information on web forums, and more vile insults that we can even name here, the worst of which being "murderer," targeting all spots found on search engines associated with her name or her company; again, to destroy her web traffic and demonize her.

Our organization has made countless complaints to countless websites about their vicious slanders, to no avail... and in some cases resulting in our being banned from these websites by moderators. They act with an impunity unlike anything any of us has ever imagined, due to the lies which fuel their endless tirades, the tragic chemo deaths to which they are personally connected and therefore given "carte blanche" to misrepresent facts, and the shocking non-effect of any and all of our many complaints about them.

The impunity reached its peak when troll "shutdownlasemedinc" located the home address of Lase Med's office manager and webmaster in Oklahoma, and proceeded to seek out their neighbors. These neighbors were phoned, told all sorts of lies about the "murderers on their block;" lies that somehow did not get instantly dismissed as the ravings of an agenda-driven lunatic. (Shutdownlasemedinc is a talented career level manipulator, she has two decades of experience in "related" fields, using religion as a cover; add to that the fact that a close friend of hers is now deceased, and the true reasons for this tragedy have been hushed, twisted, and controlled like pieces of Roswell Crash wreckage.) Since then, the office manager and webmaster have had their backyard fishpond turned into a leaking sieve, garbage tossed on their lawn, a car window broken out, a garage door pelted with baseballs (while the radio show was being broadcast live from within), and have even had two different neighbors come to their front door for no other reason than to try to provoke fights with them... on one occasion resulting in the webmaster calling the police, who did nothing but chastise him for something the neighbor had seen on a message board in a heated exchange between his wife the office manager and one of the above mentioned agitator trolls. The other occasion was a "visit" from a different neighbor, armed with a printed copy of OUR Medical Conspiracy Facebook page, trying to tell us that we had no right to talk about the realities of what was happening to us... on our own page? ... a page that exists for discussing this conspiracy and defending against this ongoing HATE CAMPAIGN, with which they CHOSE to get involved? Incidentally, concerning the neighbor situation, no identifying information, nor address, nor even the name of the town, was EVER mentioned on any of our pages or forum posts. So we fail to see any valid excuse for this behavior.

Outrage: that is the only socially acceptable word that can describe all of this. This is a skeletal-at-best look at the kind of a year it has been for our group. Less than a month ago, we began adding to our Facebook page a section we called our "Troll Gallery," in an attempt to chronicle some of the insanely horrible things that certain people with unbelievable impunity have done in their attempts to demonize Dr. Carpenter. It was not long before the two most prolific and hateful Anti-Carpenter trolls contacted Facebook, and with a twinkle of their noses, had their photos removed from the page; so we decided to rebuild our Troll Gallery on our own website.

"This is OUR WEBSITE. Surely we are free and protected by our First Amendment rights to tell the whole truth HERE;" or so we thought, until today. We received a warning from our web host today, telling us that a CYBER TERRORIST named and pictured in our Troll Gallery had contacted them, and as part of their obligation to protect HIS rights, despite everything he has done to us, informed us that if we did not remove his photo, and every mention of his name, that our website would be shut down. So get ready for some changes. If we get assaulted and beaten with clubs, we'll know better next time. We can talk about it, we just can't name the assailants.
