Five pages of blog posts, two of Lase Med's bloggers, "vanish" at Topix.net forum. Hacker attacks TMC website.

Little Willie Willie won't go home.

Jan. 19, 2011:

Since the blog-bashers came back to roost at Topix.net this month, we have noticed that too many things happening on this blog are simply too perfectly synchronized to the itenerary of the ongoing bogus lawsuit, to be any coincidence, nor for there to be any doubt as to who (or what) is guiding this entire mob. However, we will not jump to conclusions just yet. The following paragraphs contain several uncanny "coincidences," between recent blog activity at Topix and the ongoing bogus lawsuit... let us count some of them, shall we?

When the "media offensive" began last year, with the airing of KOTV's one sided "story" about Lase Med, accusing Dr. Carpenter of "practicing medicine (sic) without a license," a story that was itself the result of phonecalls from the illusionist you see above (#1), an attorney and ex Arkansas legislator by the name of Will Bond, with a public political record that included multi million dollar appropriations bills written for Lase Med Inc's long time enemies (not to mention common thieves), UAMS (University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, who we should mention, now have a brand new breast cancer wing, due to Will Bond's "appropriations" of 2007, to match grant funding with money taken from Arkansas State Taxes, taking away from the much needed public assistance programs in this, one of the poorest states in the nation)... but that's just another coincidence (#2); now an attorney, pushing frivolous lawsuits against Lase Med; also from his "head blog troll," Shutdownlasemedinc, (name reluctantly removed over recent TOS-related threats from our web host, June 2011) a professional "grassroots" organizer heavily invested in pro-life demonstrations; seemingly overnight, the news of two bogus lawsuits, and an explosion of unconscienable "junk science and false hope" slander was spread across several blog sites and YouTube; but three of these pages (all of which were full of the same posts "pasted" in, with phrases pulled directly from the "news story") had the most traffic and linking; these became the "battleground sites" from which Ms. Shutdown grew her "blog gang" and also went fishing for past/ future Lase Med patients to stalk. The Topix blog attached to the KOTV "news" story was one of these three sites. (The YouTube page of a slanderous video made by "shutdownlasemedinc", the head troll, and an anti-Lase Med Inc "forum" put on Bill Henderson's "Beating Cancer Genty" site were the other two.) If one can find positive comments about Lase Med on these pages, they are few and far between, because most of them have now been removed, and the rest of the posters were stalked online and belittled or insulted on the forum pages by Shutdown and her gang, ridiculing and discounting all positive Lase Med posters to the point of no return... literally; in addition, the same venues banned the known users who argue for Lase Med on regular basis. The banning from the Topix blog is the most recent though.

The Topix anit-Lase Med blog, whose activity, like all the others about Lase Med, was immediately halted when the first "lawsuit" against Lase Med was dismissed (#3), then was dead of posts for three consecutive months afterward, as there were no legal proceedings during that period (#4), was jumpstarted again on the day before deposition of the remaining "case" (#5); the thread which in two weeks grew from 6 pages to 20, entirely due to Will Bond's blog bashing gang (#6), has now been censored by the moderators at Topix.net... and no, they are not censoring the blogbashers, not at all. (#7) The bashers are now pushing the envelope further and further, with ridiculous allegations of "serial killer psychopathy," cut-and-pasted chapters from psychology textbooks, and calls for local vigilante types to brandish their torches and pitchforks; blog posts that they know will go unchallenged, now that the moderators have bound and gagged the opposition for them.

The timeline of the anti- Lase Med "events" occurring on this blog since last May corresponds directly to the court docket. As mentioned before, the "silent" bloggers came back to life, en force, on the day before the deposition of the bogus "Westphal" case, on January 5, 2011 . Coincidence? (back to #5) Michelle says it is.

The next week was the deposition for Lase Med Inc.

On the day of Dr. Carpenter's deposition (according to timestamps on the blog, while the deposition was underway), a new blogger came on to the site and posted numerous consecutive rants on the blog, on an utterly deplorable and despicable new "angle of attack"; a new low, even for these vicious animals. Coincidentally, as this writer discovered later, this same previously unheard-of ridiculous accusation was also insinuated during proceedings that day . Coincidence? (#8)

Tuesday the 18th was another deposition. The morning of the 18th, a blogger called "Alhimik" began posting technical paragraphs on the blog, technical data about diagnostic testing, written in a style which was instantly recognizable as not his own, but given to him by someone else. Some of the exact same words from Alhimik's blogposts appeared later in the summary of that day's deposition, and had indeed been discussed. (We cannot give certain details here yet, while the case is still underway, but rest assured, we will. ) Another coincidence? (#9)

Still another "coincidence" was what happened on the Topix blog at the time of day Tuesday, when all parties would have been taking a break during the deposition. At some time around 3:45 CST on Tuesday the 18th of January, one of the posters on that blog was forceably "hidden" by the Topix moderators (placed on this status so that all his posts disappeared), a poster whose ID was "Neo777." The only way he knew his posts were gone was by the reactions of other bloggers on the board, accusing him of deleting all his posts.

"Neo777" is Randy Simmons, yours truly, the webmaster here at medicalconspiracy.com and at lasemedinc.com. Neo's posts had been on this blog since the day it was created last May. Neo is also the voice of "Arnie" on the Medical Conspiracy radio show. He is married to Wendy Simmons the Lase Med office manager, who also argues on the blogs with him. Confirmed gang leader Shutdownlasemedinc often refers to these TWO as the "Lase Med Gang." (#10)

About a week into the blogbashing "resurgence," Lase Med received a curious email. It was a copy of one of Ms. Shutdown's group emails to her gang, the particular email which started the new resurgence. User "Neo777" promptly forwarded the email and a complaint to Topix.net admin, as evidence of coordinated "blog bashing" conspiracy, a malicious act for which there are pending court decisions regarding proposed criminal penalties. (See MinaMar v iHub). (#11)

Nothing was done about the posts on this blog until the next week, when the moderators made Neo himself disappear. Posts by others on the blog indicate that the blog had gone from 19 pages to 14 pages within moments. The next day, with Neo gone, this same "new" blogger, who had at one point insinuated that Dr. Carpenter was insane, posted new entries comparing her to a serial killer. The old "Bolshevik" system is apparently alive and well in the USA today. First you silence the dissident, then you decare him insane.

Why doesn't Topix censor that?
Who do they think they are "protecting," and why?
While searching for websites on Topix.net and their censorship practices, we gained some new insight, from reading this very informative page about Topix.net and how their moderators encourage blog-bashing.

The next day, with Neo still gone, the same "new" blogger sank to the level of calling Dr. Carpenter an "old hooker-looking creature" and "a little cheaply- dressed-with-makeup-caked-on gypsy crook." These crude epithets are NOT those of patients (who have only seen Dr. Carpenter in her white labcoat.) In fact, the only people involved, who have ever even seen Dr. Carpenter in an any kind of official capacity dealing with Lase Med Inc., out of her white labcoat, are those who were present at the deposition. Coincidence? (#12)

On that same day, the blogbashers insinuated that Wendy (Neo's wife, Dr. Carpenter's daughter and LMI office manager) is an "emotional prisoner" who needs to break away from this "evil" person. Then the gang started saying things like "we care about you Wendy, we know you are just a pawn in this evil enterprise, if you get away from her, you and your kids will be alright," showing that there is no limit to the depths of their treachery. Remember, Neo is still gone; so Wendy posted a response to these entries, with nothing abusive in it at all, only to discover that now, she too has been banned from the Topix blog (#14).

WHY?

The next day, a new poster ID'ed on the blog as "Wendy," in Tulsa, OK, posted that "Dr. Carpenter should not just be shut down, but should go to jail;" as if there were anyone capable of believing that Wendy would post such a thing. So what's next? At this point anything goes, especially now that there is nobody left on the blog to argue the other side. Somebody has made sure of that.

From the chain of recent events, one thing is certain, that we are not reading the posts of "patient & family" bloggers... but then, if that's the case, who's posts are we really reading? We have a pretty good idea.

Jan. 23, 2011:

We wish to add a post script to this story. This page was added to this site on January 21, though the text was written on the 19th. On the Medical Conspiracy radio show the next day, Arnie called in and discussed this new page, as well as the troll and blog bashing activity at the Topix.net blog, with Dr. Carpenter.

The show ended at 4:00 pm CST. At 4:30 we began trying to update the website, and noticed that this page, topix.html, was not on line. Some hacker had literally "knocked" this page off the internet. The rest of the site was working, but this page was gone; it returned 404 "file not found" errors until hosting support confirmed it missing and was able to restore the page from its backup; then we experienced several hours of mystery FTP upload errors never seen before. Most likely, this was done by the same hacker responsible for the "barbarajaie" and "literman" Trojan horse pages which were placed online to attack Dr. Carpenter's search results.

Coincidence? (#15)

How? We still have no idea who could have deleted the page without our permission, either during or right after yesterday's show; but as we said above... we have a pretty good idea.

These kinds of things keep happening again and again; and yet we are the ones who are ridiculed for using the word "conspiracy."
